★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know what to say about this clinic, but after consulting with another clinic - I've gotten a more accurate and better response regarding my cats well-being and they even mentioned that this clinic has given meds that are not required, but as a precaution. why? Because they are not confident with their own work? And you have the decency to charge me for it? Okay, takpe. I can still accept that, and I can also accept their ridiculous prices because of their COVID reason. Okay fine, I will accept. As pet owners just wanna make sure they're alright with no expenses spared. But I lost confidence after sending my cat there. I'm just glad that my friend recommended this other clinic to us that's giving her the proper treatment with a more reasonable price, oh and they are really helpful with immediate updates on my cats well-being, i love it! I recommend that pet owners do more research to find the best vets you can for your pets. this place might work for some, but not mine. Don't make the same mistake as I did! If i could, ZERO STARS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my parrot to this clinic as it was ill, we just brought it there because on that day, there weren't any avian clinic open for parrot especially and i never regret of going there after the first visit.The doctor was soo friendly and handled my parrot clamly. The medication he gave was too good for my budgie as it cures from severe illness to a better stage and the most important part is the cost there.. It was soo reasonable untill i had to ask the receptionist whether the cost is correct or not. Before this i got go to several clinics and the charges was soo expensive and the only one clinic that gives a better treatment and the cost is soo reasonable too. I would just love to bring my parrot there next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish i knew Dr Jay from this clinic way earlier. He is one of the best exotic dr i've ever met, other than Dr jenny. He took his time to explain everything to me, lay out all treatment methods possible. The building and decor of this vet is quite old, which need to be improved for new visitor to be convinced. But overall, im very satisfied with my visit. will definitely come to only dr jay next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience is okay. But there's once where my pet's usual annual vaccination have no stock, but they still charge us RM40 consultation fees for just speaking for 5min while we left empty handed.
They should have told us earlier that they have no stock instead of asking us to enter the consultation room to chat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my cat here coz she was sneezing badly. Doctor was very knowledgeable. Gave some nose drops & pills. Now my cat is ok. The price is very reasonable too. Thanks to this clinic. Btw this is not my 1st time here as i have 4 cats.
