★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend...Dr Wong aka Sam & the staff was very friendly and helpful. I sent a kitten that I saved her yesterday 31.3 in the middle of MEX highway... after 7-10 days going there for kitten vaccination..for cats is on level 1 & dogs at ground floor.. clean & tidy environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sent two times, both died. inexperience vet. very disappointed. they understand you are frustrated, they have good facilities, unfortunately with bad diagnosis skills and experience and short of manpowers. so called themselves as "hospital", since nobody on call or standby with our pets after their business hours. not responsible at all. they should understand life is priceless. every life count. wish good luck to you next customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my dog here twice. The veterinarians here are knowledgeable and friendly especially the first vet who attended to my dog. He was very patient and bothered to explain (which helps a lot in caring for my dog). Only thing is the receptionist is very unfriendly and sneaky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seriously vouch this clinic. They are far from my house (approx. 40 mins away) but I trust them to diagnose and provide the best treatment for my cat. Have been there twice. Dr. Jeanne and Dr. Sen are very knowledgable, provide you with thorough explanation to make sure you know what’s wrong and what you are paying for. My cat was hospitalised for a few days in this clinic. Dr. Jeanne updated me on my cat’s current condition until he is fit to be discharged. Im really satisfied with their service. The price is a bit high, but I guess it is in-line with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. The vet took time to explain all the steps for my puppy's vaccination course, and first steps towards going into the outdoors.
Very clean establishment, front desk and nurses all really friendly.
Will be back.

Feels like animal hospital.
Even have lift to other floors.
Seperated into different type of animals for the treatment room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this clinic for the first time today. There is a separate waiting room for clients with cats; it was super clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Dr Jeanne attended to me and my cat and she is truly a wonderful vet, she was extremely thorough when she examined my cat. She provided very insightful and educational input when I asked about appropriate food portion sizes for my cat. She also informed me of the different tests we may need to run on my cat in the future if his chronic flu persists. Thanks Dr Jeanne!
