โ โ โ โ โ I loved to live here! Great location (public transport to downtown/KLIA is so close)! Highway very easy to reach.
Apartment very spacious, lots of light.
Gym, pool(s), rooftop all great! Ate many times at the reception restaurant, it was OK.

Great for people who like to have a full fledged kitchen in there house AND like to have multiple tables for different activities because there's ample space for - a breakfast table, a coffee table, a dining table AND a sofa table, and you STILL have enough space for kids to run around and play in the house... Lovely view, prime location. Great for expats.

โ โ โ โ โ This place was used to be well kept. The facilities were in pristine conditions and the maintenance was top-notch. Then came the previous management that was inefficient. They cut down the routine maintenance despite charging higher maintenance fees. The supposed-to-be luxury condominium became a run-down within a couple of months' time. Finally came the current team of a snobbish bunch, who restored the long-needed maintenance but went overboard with the security. I used to feel safe but the 'rules' were getting absurd. I agreed with others that they practiced differential treatments towards people of races different from theirs and they decided/made things up as they pleased. Do expect to pay high-end maintenance fees and get policed around by the authoritarian management

โ โ โ โ โ Lived there for 4 years. Got a 25 seater theatre, 2 pools ( one for kids and one 4ft ) open gym, indoor gym is very big with all equipments
( weight, cardio ). Overly exceptional, haven't lived in a condominium like this.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the best Condominium in KL with Indian neighbourhood and all the necessary indian grocery shops, restaurants and schools in the vicinity. Extremely safe and secure Condominium with excellent amenities and very well maintained services
