Small stall infront of Palm Court Brickfields that serve Indian Traditional goreng goreng like Vadey and i dont recognize the others. hahahaha For me the vadey here is the best in KL. Crunchy and rich with flavours. Usually after the deep fried each of the food then people will rush to buy it. I tried their masala tea for the first time and end up sweating like hell. But my wife really love it. You guys should try it also !

Staying here from 28 Dec 2021. Liked the place for it's space to walk outside. You cannot find place like this for outdoor walk anywhere in this locality. Most of apartment only have recreational activities in one of the floors but here activities are on ground floor with walking area. A restaurant managed by Telugu people is here and taste of food is good. 60 to 70 percent families living here are from Hyderabad and it feels like Hyderabad.

It's a gateway to Malaysia from India. You will feel homely when living in a home-away-home country, due to multi-lingual community presence in the upcoming area. Historically, it's not perceived as a upscale area but improving faster with support from local administration in the last 5 to 7 years. PROS: 1. Large number of units (2, 2.5 and 3 bed flats) for rents in four (4) blocks. 2. Older condominium (~25 years) with basic facilities. 3. Available for sharing with small family or bachelor's. 4. Importantly in-house Indian ?? restaurant is available for easy access to South India food and catering services. 5. Quick service groceries and other stores are available for daily needs. 6. Corner units are relatively better than other units. 7. Units above level 5 has better ventilation. 8. Close proximity to major transportation hub (KL Sentral) and walkable distance to brickfields (LITTLE INDIA) for regular needs. 9. Accessible to Temples for fast blessings. 10. Most expats from INDIA have connections to this place in Malaysia. 11. Access control is available through cards assigned to residents on the main gate and busstop gate. 12. Predominantly, families with school going children stay due to proximity (less than 0.5 km) to Global Indian International school (CBSE curriculum). CONS: 1. Notorious place for chain-snaching and small crimes from illegal entrants. 2. Roads within the complex needs improvements, as residents society is unable to manage condominium. 3. Owners are less trustworthy and do not take them granted with their fantastic talks. 4. Aerobics and yoga areas are predominantly closed or part-time accessible to women. 5. Immigration authorities might raide this condominium due to lack of valid permits for individuals. 6. Cost of the units are higher due to strategic location of the property. 7. Avoidable for long-term stay and relatively better properties are available for long-term stay with competitive rents. 8. Lifts are undependable and people often get stuck due to poor maintenance. 9. Unavailability of indoor recreation area. 10. Parking area is limited and underrepresented to meet vehicle needs.

The place has deteriorated over the years due to poor management and disproportionate (85%) of renters rather than owner occupiers. The former made up of expatriates in the IT industry take little pride in where they stay. It is a pity because it was affordable for middle class Malaysians. It is however unbeatable for location in KL.

High-rise apartment buildings for many residents of Brickfields. The 'condo' is located opposite of a school and near to the main road, which makes its location strategic and convenient. There are also roadside stalls, most often selling household items and affordable fruits.
