★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kejiranan yang selesa tapi baru2 ni persatuan penduduk selalu buat peraturan yang tak perlu yang tah apa2 dan menyusahkan penduduk. orang beli rumah di sini tapi mcm duduk dalam kem tentera pula mcm2 hal cerewet. semua orang dah dewasa jangan dok gila kuasa buat peraturan semata2 nak nampak mcm buat kerja. dah la buat peraturan tak pernah tanya atau ikut majoriti tuptap tuptap tiba keluar peraturan pelik2. apoooo
a comfortable neighborhood but recently the residents' association always made unnecessary rules that made things difficult for the residents. people buy houses here but mcm sitting in an army camp anyway mcm2 chatty things. Everyone is an adult. He made a rule that he never asked or followed the majority, but strange rules came out. apoooo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cool surrounded by lots of trees. There is only 4 blocks , no double parking and nicest neighbors with lot of food stalls nearby security guard area. I suggest just convert the empty land into parking space, so 2 lot of parking for 1 unit of house is possible for everyone. Excellent!. Security masih lemah perlu diperkuatkan dan dipertingkatkan.
