β β β β β Poor service. Staff offer car washand cleaning package for 43RM. when receiving my car, i don't feel that it has been vacumed: dirt and stain almost not touched, only smelk of perfumed was a lot. It should be called perfumed spraying service. Feel like being cheated.

β β β β β Good service. Service centre equipped with surau, play area for kids and a coffee bar for free drinks. Seating area is spacious and it is comfortable for a long wait.

β β β β β We dealt with a nice enough guy, seemingly very helpful β i wonβt mention his name. But he sold us illegal window tinting for our new Honda Jazz Hybrid without informing us of the illegality of the tint and the fact it would not pass road worthiness. It was sold as a Honda endorsed third party accessory. A Honda representative selling illegal accessories should be held accountable as he sold us a brand new Honda that was legally not road worthy. It has damaged our experience and confidence with Honda as a brand and are very unlikely to purchase Honda again.

β β β β β Sri Utama was one of the Honda showrooms I visited recently to scout for a Honda car and I was attended by this young and dashing guy by the name of Rahman Fatah. I must say that it was best ever experience that my wife and I had in any car showrooms thus far. Rahman was detailed and patient in explaining the details of the car. He was so well versed and was spot on every time we asked him questions. Very well spoken, calm, composed and most importantly he took the courage to follow-up without sounding pushy. Thank you Rahman for attending to us! To the management of Sri Utama Auto, do note this jewel in your team!!

β β β β β Used to be very good service. Nowadays very kelam kabut and service from sales to service assistants has gone downhill. Only upside is the insurance renewal department and staff, as efficient as always. My car had a problem with the radio panel installed under Honda approved panel. Had to take it directly to Ezzy Motor, staff and manager were useless and refused to even give me a minute of their time. Called to speak to the Honda Sri Utama manager, also ignored and calls unreturned. In the end after countless calls n messages with Sales personnel, we got it resolved. But a very bad experience just to have a simple problem resolved. Such a pity, 15 years of being Honda Sri Utama's customer only to get service like this.
