★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the showroom this week, there were 5 staff there, 2 of them were busy with their phones and the other 3 were talking to each other, no body came over to welcome me or ask me anything. I saw a family there just sat on the sofa waiting for something. I headed over to the honda city and civic display model and check everything for like 30 minutes, still no body came over to me. The guest that was waiting on the sofa then joined me to check on the cars probably bored of waiting. Then i went out.
It was a different when i went to honda showroom at Setapak. The moment i entered the door there was immediately someone came over and welcome me eventhough there were a lot of customers in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously the service was not so bad. Not much complaint. But when I sent my car to repair auto window on my last day of warranty, got very bad experience with the Service Advisor (rude and not helpful at all), even the front desk outside wasn't welcoming and insisted I should leave my car as it was 3PM (when I called they said to come soonest by 3PM to service that day). Had to come again the next day. Upon inspection, my auto window regulator was stuck and the SA said Honda will not cover my warranty because I didn't install tint from authorized Honda dealer. Does that even make sense? done sent complaint straight to Honda HQ. will most probably continue servicing my car at another dealer in the future. spend almost the whole day there just for that one inspection and didn't even got it fixed. Waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good dealer and service provider. Good in follow up, which is quite impressive. Service centre looks well equipped with necessary hardware, and waiting area is comfortable, even include kids play corner.
Driving in can be challenging due to double road, but plenty of U turn.

Service inflexible, cold, monotonous n totally inconsiderate.
However, Mr Fitri was very patient n kind, pity he has resigned . I miss him.
Also had terrible experience with aftersales while enquiring on car insurance renewal quotation matter with Honda insurance dept n car sales specialist. Ended up I purchased my 2 cars insurance else where.
