★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst shopping experience here. The price of each items are not displayed correctly, time consuming as I need to check price with the staff every single time. When we want to proceed with the payment, suddenly it’s different price pula. Padahal dah double check harga with staff twice before buying!? ended up paying extra 300 bucks.. their supervisor was very rude and did not apologise at all. Will complain about this at eAduan KPDNHEP. Wont come again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it is horrible. the staff at the store is not helpful at all. majority of them either playing with their phones while sitting on display sofas or hang out outside the store talking to each other. when we had inquiries with the product we bought, we called only for them to not able to professionally treat us. the staff who handled us were very lacking in terms of his manners as well. when ws to show proof of receipt, they did not reply back at all though they were the one who told us to ws them. do not go here the attitudes of the employers are terrible. the website is also very not professional, there are no prices tagged in each product, you have to visit the store personally to know the price. they did not refer to their customers in a polite manner. if ssf keep on doing this it will jeopardise the company. i will strongly advise anyone from not buying from this store. such a disappointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually NO STAR AT ALL. Bad bad customer service. The things dont hv price tag. Waiting for staff to ask BUT THEY ARE HAVING STAFF MEETING and ignoring the customers. We have to wait for them to finish the meeting. Do not go here! The place cramped with unorganised and unopened boxes. Soo Lazy staff, they bz with meeting. They think they pay the rent for their show off meetings not frm selling things. Only one counter open. Go somewhere else.

There's a wide selection of styles and types of furniture and oddities that makes you rediscover your home. So you hope your home looking like the shop? No. But give a corner a makeover without buyer's remorse, ain't that worth a look see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience while looking for things inside the outlet gone worst while queuing to pay. The display area is cramped packed with boxes, dah mcm gudang store, claustrophobic tak jumpa jalan keluar. Bila nak bayar, q punya la pjg only 1 cashier was opened. I was in the q for 50 freaking mins. Pekerja ok but busy. They are understaffed, processing time at the cashier was sooo long, situ la nak checkout, situ la nak settle order customers entah apa lagi bcoz I saw 1 customer lama sgt at the checkout but she didn't have any items with her.. Didn't know what's going on.. Items don't have price tag so ppl go to the other counter just to check on price. What a waste. They could have opened it as another cashier. Bad management. Very bad. So bad. Pity the customers. Will not come back. Ever. P/S: i terpaksa bagi 1 star otherwise cannot post review. Actually, the store doesn't deserve any star pun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small and neat furniture store but with captivating stuffs. It captured me how they display the room and home spaces like IKEA even though it is limited space. Various choices and all look so captivating! Located in the Dpulze Mall, near to the elevators and it is easy to find. You can just wander around the store since the staffs do not disturb us and just assist us when we need them ?
