★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just came back from Mr. DIY DPulze.... A lot of products seems to be out of stock. Seems more than a week but stock control seems not efficient.... Looking for rachet set screw driver but no variety at all.... Compare to Mr DIY Shah Alam Plaza Alam Sentral, extremely more variety... Wondering no proper governance on each store stock in and out? ....

I lost my time 1hour. because all staffs lier me. btw, why do u have to stay 3staff same palce ? just conversation , play and fun. I think he doesn't want to work. I don't want to go Dpulze. Mr. DIY have many lazy staff because of Dpulze's education ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to buy button batteries but this idiot foreigner at the counter seems to be very rude and couldn't even answer a simple question. I think this idiot has behaviour issues and seems to under estimate customers !!!!!!!!!! If u can't answer a simple enq or question I think this fella is not fit to be in the counter helping customers !!!!!!!!!! Pls hire someone who is more helpful for customers in counter !!!!!!!!!!!
