★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a scam. From Facial First to Bizzy body and now ssklinic. They don't honour packages sold. I lost rm4000. 6 sessions not fulfilled as they claimed change management. In actual fact, they are of the same company scamming. Please don't sign any packages

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic was facial first previously and I think ssklinik took over. I had pending facials in facial first and bought a cream for RM 170 eight months ago. When they changed the klinik , I asked about the pending facials and cream .they agreed to give the pending facials and cream that I bought previously. After all my facials, I decided to not continue my facial with ssklinik and they are now saying that the cream that I bought is burn and they are not responsible for it anymore. So basically I won't get it and my money is burn. The ssklinik staffs were just lying all this while that the cream is here and there and all kind of lies came up. The moment we decided to not continue , they saying that they have no link with facial first and they are not responsible for this. This is how they treat their customers . Don't go here for your own good. I had enough.
how do I contact you guys personally? The product was purchased under a different name and under my name(Yoshana) I have done 1 facial and 1 drip in ssklinik ?!!!!
