★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m feel very upset and disappointed of Star Residence’s services after staying here about one month.
The security guards are very rude & not perform their duties. When we feedback to the management, however, the answer/question was given by the building manager - Marcus Chong which Im feel very very disappointed.
It which I’m feel how can a developer appoint an international property management company to manage a luxury condominium. They definitely don’t know how to handle customer complain & enquiries at all.
Besides that, the fixture & fittings are bad quality at all. Almost every week need to repairs which I’m feel very irritating.
I had feedback to my husband which is a property valuer. It might affect the valuation of the property & those feedback might take into consideration.
After a month, the management finally had repose and revert the issue. We are feel surprised that how management solve this issue. They should work efficiently and effectively to solve every issues.
Lastly I’m feel most disappointed is after feedback the services to the management, they does not take any action to their internal team or their outsource security team.

Booked them for our stay in KL and they called whilst we were boarding our plane to say the booking had been cancelled because they don’t have electricity! And because it’s Eid they can’t get anyone out to fix it. This sounded ridiculous but I booked elsewhere anyway immediately. When we arrived in KL we saw the apartments were nearby and popped in - to our surprise they were OPEN and no signs of lost electricity!!!
Caught them lying and spoke to their management who looked so pathetic trying to cover themselves up.
On top of that they processed my booking as though WE had cancelled and kept our money.
Will be taken action against this scammy place and their management. Please be careful and don’t book them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this resort is wonderful, it's completely new and has breathtaking scenery. nice facility and good gym. the only problem I can see in this building is using it for Airbnb, these temporary people definitely will destroy your peacful weekend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give zero stars i would. They cancelled last minute about 2 hours before my check in lying about no electricity when in fact the room was double booked.
Very rude staff dealing with the check-ins. Horrible staff and horrible experience. My only regret was not reading enough reviews before booking this nightmare of a accommodation.
They do not care if you are travelling with young children and they do not accommodate any forms of requests. Yet they ask you to tell them if you have any.
Lastly not to bring nationality into the picture but the very rude staff i dealt with is a foreign national and from the looks of it definitely not trained in any form of hospitality and hotel management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ amazing wadding pool with great twin towel view at highest 63rd skyroof club, within walking distance to klcc mall, with plenty night happenings and variety food and shopping. recommended for short night stay or long term rent.
