Perfect setting for 1 or max 2 people. It's pretty new and vibrant. The treatment from lobby to rooftop to rooms is very artistic and colourful. The facilities are unmatchable. The only downside is minor issue with unifi stability and badly planned ventilation in corner units

As elegant as it looks, something needs to be done bout the management team of the property especially those that they put up for rental at website like booking,com & Agoda. Guest having enquiries bout the site needs to move heaven & earth just to talk to someone in charge of the property. Please do something bout it, Star Residence!

Star Residences is a freehold high-end residential project developed by Alpine Return Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between Symphony Life Berhad (previously known as Bolton Bhd) and United Malayan Land Berhad. It is located along Jalan Yap Kwan Seng. Both developers are Malaysian based property developers that have been around for more than 50 years. Besides, the official contractor for this project is Samsung C&T whereas Veritas Design Group is the project’s architect. Project’s expected completion time is estimated to be in 2019.
