Staff were decent and friendly.
They do serve variety of snacks for breakfast or lunch or even for afternoon tea.
Food tasted ok.
Came here for lunch.
Got myself their lunch set: backed mac and cheese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad and unprofessional staff. The male staff opened the counter to serve 2 female customers and then suddenly left the counter and another staff has to tell me only 1 counter is open. Why? How? I am never coming back with such bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very frustrated dining in this outlet, was expected the outlet will be such a 'high class' based on the location but it was totally dissatisfied. The outles was very hot as no aircond also unpleasant smell. The drink also not good as others outlet I've been before. I came here to do some works but all the plugs were not functional, omg such a very dissapointment. Will never visit this outlet again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service with unprofessional staffs. I’ve been to many outlets around KL and this place has one the worst service. Sorry to say. Please do something. Teach your staff to treat people better. People come to relax and enjoy coffee, not to see your staff’s attitude. Spoiled my day. Never coming back. Thanks.
