β β β β β Service at the Tealive Nexus Bangsar South outlet is atrociously slow as the staff take their own sweet time doing their own thing and turn a blind eye to waiting customers. The pearls here are of worse quality than other outlets I've tried. Hard and tough to chew, the bubble tea from this outlet leaves a bad taste in the mouth. If staff KPI is imposed at this outlet they would fail miserably. The Tealive outlet across the road at the Sphere could be better.

β β β β β A very quiet place after working hours. Nice to relax or study while drinking the milk tea. Crowded during lunch hours on weekdays as expected.
The only downside is that you can't claim mydigi promotion here or redeem drinks using your points for some weird reason. However, you can still collect membership points and get the Thursday 3-6pm members promotion.

β β β β β Tealive near the LRT station which is convenient. I am finding the last few times I have been to Tealive the quality of the bubbles are not so good. Service is slow and not as friendly as other bubble tea outlets. Quality of the tea is like sugar water and the bubbles do not taste fresh.

β β β β β This TEALIVE outlet is located at Ground Floor in Nexus Bangsar South. TEALIVE - always more than just tea. Have variety selection from Milk Tea, Crafted Tea, Fruit Tea, Coco, Matcha, Smoothies, Sparkling Juices and Coffee. This outlet also serve menu Bask Bear Coffee but only for order online via GrabFood and foodpanda Apps. Overall, TEALIVE is one of the best bubble tea taste and the most affordable price in market where is much improving from the day they're started their re-branding.
