★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend anyone to sign package with them. The front desk staff are not welcoming, and did not comply to Malaysia regulations which require staff to wear mask indoor.
In addition, it is extremely difficult to make appointments with them even on a working day. Should you miss any appointment, be prepared to burn your package signed earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like coming to bubblegum uptown. My therapist Myo always does a great job and the staff there are very friendly and always cheerful. I am so happy with the results so far also because before i came to bubblegum i looked like king kong but now i feel like a newborn baby. Thank you bubblegum for the 1 year i have spent here ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with their “strict SOP” - front desk lady has her mask halfway down her mouth, they did not check status of my MySejahtera/vaccination status, not sure how they sanitise the rooms/towels after each customer. Hope this review will be beneficial to some ??♀️
Same with many, appointment is hard to get. Definitely rugi with my package as I’ve felt unsafe to go since the pandemic. CS advised to take shorter gap but laser therapist said not suitable for my skin. Oh well ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been visiting Bubble Gum Wax @Uptown for four times now and I would say my experience with them have been great so far :D The therapist during my first three visits for underarm waxing was Arina, she was very gentle and nice, making sure my first waxing experience a good and enjoyable one. After my first visit, I decided to sign up a package which offers a better deal and up till now I have not encountered any changes in their attitude of service, they still treat me nicely and politely. I had another therapist on my fourth visit, Learny, she was really friendly and able to converse well in English. She greeted me with a “How are you?” which made my day! Learny also shared her advices on treatment options based on my skin condition, she suggested laser and explained the benefits of it but she wasn’t pushy or hard-selling it at all which I really appreciate. In terms of the price, I think Bubble Gum Wax have the best deals so far. Hence, if you really wanna try waxing, I do recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lately, it is very difficult to get appointment for the wife. Either the branch is understaffed or just greedy by accepting more clients. Bit more than they can chew. Wife was 7 mins late for her appointment ( and she had informed them earlier), wanted to add another simple waxing (upper lip) and was told it can't be done because the therapist has another appointment at 5pm. They can't even take 3mins to a simple procedure? She finished her session at 453pm anyway. Their service and communication skills have deteriorated so much over time. I believe they would've treated her differently if she was a pay-by-service client. I feel like she’s at their mercy because she bought packages and she has no choice but to utilize and follow.

I felt so comfortable with her for my experiences. She always explained post-care and follow up on my progress on every each time treatment.
