★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Signed up physical classes but converted directly to online without any added compensation. Even physical classes - not many choices of timing. Cant convert to online monthly unlimited pass. Can only convert 1 physical to 1 online . After that due to mco promo, i supported another unlimited monthly pass but was told that start date cannot be adjusted to suit me. Follows time of payment. Overall very unflexible, lacks emphathy to meet clients need, lack passion to make sure client get reasonable service out of what was paid for. Utterly disappointed. Burnt my packages as i give up dealing with them. I rather learn from youtube.
