★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 1 out of 4 elevator is working . 38 floors . Ur waiting time for the elevator itself minimum is 30min . Do not book airbnb in this place . This is downright frustrating .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Management is so bad as the maintenance is not good. Recently the raining water leaked to the elevators and 3 of them are not working for almost 4 days. 39 floors are completely depending on only 2 elevators.
TNB is not in control here so the electricity tariff 4 times more than any average building in Malaysia. the Water is fixed RM36 per month. which is also expensive for a studio apartment.

Management and security is poor and doubtful.
Facilities - elevators in particular is downright frustrating. Imagine during peak hours so many people are waiting for the lift and only 2 is functioning out of 4 lifts for 30+ floors.
Basement parking looks like it had gone through 50 years of hardship and management had the audacity to increase a 20-30% in parking charges.
Soundproof is zero. People talking along the corridor can be heard clearly from inside unit. If the unit above you is holding a party or treating it as a nightclub (which happened to me last night), good luck to you, just pray they’re only staying for 1 night.
The only good thing about this place is the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I really enjoy my stay here. The convenience of all the stores that have everything you need for day to day life plus all the food shops right downstairs has made this the place I call home for over 2 month during my stay in Malaysia.
I've tried out the different buildings in the empire damansara area and the studio tower has proven to be my go to.
I've stay at multiple different Airbnbs on all different floors and have been meet with great service and clean rooms.
I have enjoyed this building. The quality is decent. Not fancy but far from bad.
? I have seen other reviews mention the sound proof issues. I personally have not had an issue with this thankfully. Sure you can hear people in the hall talking or walking pass here and there. However I don't mind that.
