But the field, so hnnghhhh for runners and joggers and soccer players! No animals allowed though because HARAMBEEEEE!!!!
EDIT: You could charge electric vehicles here too. Has 2 parking slots for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, wanted to report a vehicle blockages (tow away) in two separate days, but the phone call was never pick up, line busy endlessly. PLEASE EXPAND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
P/S: DBKL IS WAY MORE EFFICIENT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Payment counter more efficient , but the department staff was slow, action wait around 15 also didn't come to handle you, just let you waiting outside of department.
When you ask them some questions they didn't answer directly. Anytime I also go there 2-3time to slove a simple question.
I tried online question but very slow better come the hq more fast. But the staff not nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The call centre does not answer calls. My queue says I am next but the call was just ended. Called again and it was not even answered. Please do your work properly.
I want to report faulty street lights along SS16/1 in Subang Jaya.
Since no one answer calls, I hope this message get through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provide parking with limited availability for visitors. Services are disciplined and with sequence. The only issue is you can't reach them with phone call. Even if you manage to get somebody on the line, you can't get the answer you wanna know. So, it is suggested to go directly to the counter with complete documents. For certain conditions, you can't check application status online.

1) No one will pickup your Phone calls
2) So you went there to request something, but the said you can't come here to request without providing any letter,? and showing non friendly face.
Come on, no one pickup my phone calls, that why I come and request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Counter Staff not very helpful. Should improve their service since the status of municipal council has been upgraded to city council level since October 2020.
At least now there is someone on standby near the self service machines in case those using it encounter some problems.
I still wonder how the more elderly people or those with hadicaps (OKU) get up to the office as there is no visible lift/elevator present from the parking lots. Too many stairs to climb up from the parking area to Mbsj offices. Building looks nice but not user friendly.
Wondering if MBSJ bothers to even look at all the reviews posted here and improve their services!! Probably not because all the complaints are falling on deaf ears judging from the "tidak apa" attitude on complaints from the public regarding the "no pick up or cut off phone calls".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy service, when it comes to cukai, they kept reminding and issue warrant very fast. Fast to chase for payments.
But when it comes to solving problems, it will take up to 3 months to reply an email.
Called 10 times in a span of a week, their staff managed pick up on my call on 1 fine sunny day. Created a report about a overgrown tree causing issues in the backyard of a house, requested to cut it down. The lady operator seems really bored as if she wanna end the call as soon as possible, told her about the tree being in the backyard and my address, she got it all wrong, created the report on a wrong address and wrong placement of the tree. Hang up the call and never was able to contact again.
Fast forward, on 1 fine sunny day, the personnel called and say wanna cut the tree, no inform or anything, just last minute came and cut the tree while I was at work, they cut the front porch tree even me reminding them it is in the backyard. Personnel say report was in the front yard. Ask to report again..
Called many times again, in a span of a week, then some guy picked up and he felt very annoyed when I said the report was wrong and ask to correct it. Then he ignored my explanation on the technicalities of the tree placement, said he will correct the report and hang up not even saying goodbye.
Saw an emailed transcript sent to my email for reference, and found out the report wasnt even changed, complete with the wrong address all over again.
Are these gov staffs all gaji buta? come office minum kopi or doing actual work? Wasting taxpayers money.
