★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great. Just beside empire shopping gallery. The entrance for the building is quite steep and awkward. Very close to the exit of the empire shopping gallery parking. So be cautious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are residents here and we pay the maintenance fee, but the management's social skills and the security they hired for the year 2021 is horrible in terms of communicating. Not only do they not understand basic Bahasa Malaysia and English, their social skills with tenants are rude and condescending.
