The next time I went, I remembered to withdraw cash 1st before making the same mistake but they told me they only had salad. They didn't have bread or wraps. At that point I had given up on this branch. Such bad management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was letdown 3 times but i kept good faith for this outlet. 2 times bread not ready at lunch and dinner hour. And 1 time the attitude.
Well the attitude still there but only 1 dude carries it. Otherwise is all good here. I like this outlet because well. I dont see a Second Healthy Food Outlet in 10km radius. People of Malaysia just dont do healthy food commercially. Because fried food attract more customer? Haha.
And yes i do appreciate all the add on of salad they provided. Kudos to the staff!
And yes im amazed by their business. And you thought sandwiches are for matsaleh. There are always customers when i visit this place. Can say the franchisee done a good survey!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously I'm frustrated today. Ordered through food panda, 3 foot long (chicken teriyaki, spicy italian & chicken bulgogi). But what I received for chicken bulgogi, only the vegetables. No chicken ???

Hope he not show the kind of attitude to customers who are like to buying the product, it’s disappointed.

How could this even happened at the morning healthy breakfast that people try to hav?! The owner of the franchise, kindly retraining your staff..or else, u will ruin subway brand reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just finish our dinner here, the service was not so good. When the time i dine in almost all the table are full, a minute after that it just left me and my friend who are still enjoy our meal. When the time we want to leave one of the staff (lady) yell in low voice at me and said “self service” which mean we need to clean our table after eat. She should tell me politely since all other table are full with leftover from other ppl as well, who not been asked ti do so. Why when its my turn you have courage to yell but not to other ppl who already left without doing so.
