Make sure the staffs are trained for a fast food franchise...slow af....also ordered 30 cookies they asked for 30minutes...i came after 50 minutes still wasn't prepared!!! Had to wait another 15min here at counter and they can say they are still baking another type that i wanted n have to wait...wtffff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are lack of training. Can’t fulfil customer’s request. Quite disappointing! I request my roasted chicken meat microwaved, the manager said sorry we can’t do this because we have to follow SOP. The other subway outlet I went they always heat up the chicken meat before put on bread. Bad service and attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't find it a hassle to wait for the staff. Yup. They are quite shy and soft spoken. But still, we can repeat to them kindly, it won't hurt isn't it? I can see some of them are quite nervous, so us as customer we can help with a warm smile. Tapi kelakar tadi, sebb my brother put a lot of add on in his wrap, they both somewhat overwhelmed on how to close up the sandwich. ? apa2 pun, the staff are very nice, kalau ada ingredients yg x ada, they will inform it politely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst subway outlet ever! Staff lack of customer service with sour face. It still early 8+am when I bought my subway. Ordered breakfast set and there were no egg in our set! Luckily we dine-in and realised the egg was missing. When asked the staff, actually they realised there were extra eggs at the counter but kept quite! The sandwiches taste was SO TERRIBLE & it will be my first and last to this outlet! ☹️☹️☹️

I don't know why but the taste of the sandwiches from this Subway is way off. It doesn't taste the same as others. The packaging was also atrocious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was planning to buy something there. So I went in, no one there. I proceed to order. Then many people standing in the line. I say I never order before can you suggest me. He suggested and I order according to my taste. Not bad, portion is also big. I pay total RM41 something for 2 large which they cut into 2 so become 4. Apa lagi try lah?

Place is clean, air is fresh, not so many people /not long que, good place for dating, staff is very friendly and informative. If the vegetables not enough, she explain politely and topup for me. The most important is, my meal are perfectly wrap and not “penyek”, i am impressed ??. Food is fresh also.
Not sure why other have terrible review, maybe during newly opening semua orang sibuk nak merasa ‘subway banting’, beratur panjang, order berjela, staff pun battery low, nak harap diorang layan politely all the time ke? ?
