★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible horrible horrible staffs in subway aeon bukit tinggi !!! If there were options for zero or negative stars I would have chose that for my review! I visited this place today at around 5 pm on 16/10/21. The staffs ( 2 Malay female and 1 Malay male ) were so rude, raised their voice at customer and talked down to me like I was some sort of begger instead of a paying customer. Also the cashier said 'thank you' after taking payment from the Malay customer before me and not to me who are well you guessed it... Not Malay. Rude, racist and bad mannered staffs!! All 3 of them. I had to raise my voice to match their tone of voice. Subway management , you need to send your staffs for proper training on how to treat customers. Same experience in metro point kajang as well. Subway Malaysia has poor quality control in terms of staff selection. Looks like there is only one criteria required to work there... Rudeness and maybe only belonging to a certain race.
