★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is one girl staff is very rude and not friendly. I ordered 3 sandwiches and she preparing it with full of anger and asking a question with rude tone. They used to have friendly staff before this. Really disappointed with this kind of service.

Bread was a little stale and too dry.
Meat didn't seem fresh.
Gave a very small portion.
And service was TOO slow.
Staff kept chatting amongst themselves thus slowing down the whole ordering process even further.
Restaurant was stuffy but there was no way we could tolerate the garbage smell outside therefore we chose to sit inside and melt.
Was very disappointed as I used to enjoy Subway in the past.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few times been here but end up always disappointed with the service. POOR & SLOW service even though I’m the only customer there. Staff there playing and chit chat with each other like no customer there to entertain. Besides, got many flies (cleanliness out), the choices also are very limited because most of the ingredients is finish even though i come at 4pm. All the drink bottle also finish. Subway Seri Alam is so pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable healthy meals are served. The dinning area is kept clean. However the hallway near the door is filthy. Not sure who is responsible to make it clean. Just not enticing to dine in when people can see how dirty it ia. Hopefully the management will do some action on this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lil bit secluded but always a good option if you want a healthier food choices. The staff also very friendly and helpful to recommend good sub. My favourite would be their cookies selection (double choc chip and white choc macadamia) and chicken teriyaki sub with extra cheese.
