But this female staff did not want to take care of me at all, and her attitude was not friendly. . When I asked 3 times how to order, she still ignored me. Is this the attitude towards the guests?
I was very angry at the moment and said her BAD SERVICE, and immediately turned away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service! The girl who served me today the attitude was like tak nak layan customer. Also No sorry when your system were down, No thank you when customer paid and get the order. I'm in f&b as well & we don't serve customers like that. Such a big global franchise and this is how you treat your customers? Even goreng Pisang stall on the street are more polite. First time visiting subway segamat but Never again... And will spread it to everyone for sure.
