★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the food was good but one of the staffs was rude... luckily the other 2 staffs were polite enough... no matter how hectic it is please be polite to your customers... it wasnt hectic even and yet she got to treat her customer the way she did...no manners...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was an option to give zero starts I would!! I have been to many other subway outlets and all are pretty good and up to the standards.. In this outlet, the only thing that is good is the sandwich.. They had soup of the day (mushroom soup) which was completely tasteless.. At first it was not heated up properly and it was all watery and clumpy.. I had to go back to the counter and ask the staff to heat up again.. But still after the second heating, it was tasteless.. And hence I just threw it away. The cookies I had was out of taste.. Will never come to this outlet ever again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staffs. Especially fartini. Ask for mac n cheese. They gave me cold mac n cheese. Ask for pepper for mac n cheese and they just said no to straight to my face. You can said it politely if you can not give the pepper right? Everyone just gave me the straight face like i’m the beggar here. Rude. Just rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best Subway. Some staff should be given training on how to treat customer better. The outlet also played some aggressive and anime-like Japanese or Korean songs and in the morning?! People want to enjoy breakfast and they should be more considerate on the their selection of music. Such a turn off.
