Subway best brand for sandwiches and healthy food

Come here morning often, and notice staff keep changing. The new talks arrogantly, when I just asked about menu, and he said "saya keje dah 5 tahun sini kak. Itula menu dia"... Hahaha.. He brags about working for subway for 5 years. So what?!

This entire Subway chain of franchisees in Subang Jaya and USJ is not properly managed and staff members not trained well enough to represent the "Subway" brand. You have store supervisor or manager like a lady called Christina going round doing little supervisory or managerial activities of "value added" like how to train new recruits to greet their customers and how to present themselves in the eyes of their patrons as being professional. Where is the very basic Malaysian decorum of saying "Selamat pagi!" with a smile in the morning, or "Sorry, we are out of honey oat today."? Is it true that people who work here are so hopelessly and so poorly educated that there is no way Subway can conduct a proper employee training with them? Take for example, one "Ravin" who puts on the Subway tee shirt but speaks like he is running his own burger stall by the roadside here at the SS16 outlet (in Aeon Big) while another few in Taipan never even make eye-contact with customers who walk through their door till they stand in front of them about to place their orders. Where is the ethos of being employed at a multinational brand operating out of Malaysia? Where is the sense of professionalism on display here and what is so damn wrong with the "management" if there is such a thing that can be said of the "top management" at Subway Malaysia? Right about the only decently well trained and managed Subway outlet I have been to is the one located at "The Forum" in Setia Alam. The bigger issue here in Subang and USJ where there is a hige working class coming in in the early hour in the morning is that lettuce, a key ingredient, looks like it was off the shelf from Aeon Big's "stock clearance" corner (you see the brown colour oxidation marks all over your lettuce), so keeping their food fresh is not a top priority here as soooo well depicted in their wall-hanging poster! To me and many early morning patrons, the Subway brand seems to have gone "Sub-standard" in many aspects of their operation in the Klang Valley! If it's not profitable enough to run the business here in Malaysia, it is better to fold up in grace! 1star out of 5!

Today happen to me, This malay staff so rude and bad attitude, the way they talk to customer and they sit on food table like nothing.first time in my life,i have such like this, The table you use prepare food,the staff sit on table no hygeince. Were is supervisor or manager watch your staff attitude from cctv.this last day i come here.

Nothing wrong with the sandwich. But if you are to ask these malay staff what is subway and its origin, they will scratch their head... They talked loud and rude while its customers presence at the premise. No different from the guys selling ramley burger stall, no offence, but this is subway. Its like they are creating their own dynasty here. I would still patronise subway, but I will definitely skip this outlet.
