★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been to a lot of Subways before and this is the first time that I experienced a bad service. It was today Dec 27, 2018 at around 1800 in the evening that the staff who prepared the sandwich sound like he was shouting when hehe w asking. This specific guy wore a facemask for reason I am not really sure.
Surprisingly, the cashier seems to have the same intonation of not friendly when talking.
You have great products and good business model Subway. Don't let it ruin by this kind of person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of your staff, who has cleft lips, has a similarly ugly attitude to match. I overheard him talking smack and claiming proudly he took a photo of another customer, simoly because the customer was weird. In fact, probably most of your staffs need hospitality training because they are not very polite.
Also, what's with this branch and the lack of bread? After 4 times visiting did I manage to get my sub. And even then, only wheat, italian and hearty italian was available.
Is this franchise becoming too comfortable, because the service is getting worse day by day.

Called SUBWAY ECM KUANTAN many times but doesn't pick up!
