★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was quite rude when asking customer how many pieces of bread they want. We ordered 2 sets of 6 inch bread, the staff cut it unevenly. 1 is longer than the other. Dear Subway Aeon Bandaraya Melaka management, please see to this that this doesn't happen again and please educate your staff to have better customer service and do their job properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad staff no attitude i dont want to see that girl again. very bad attitude 14 agustus 2021 at 7 pm. who cashier said "ehhh macam macam lah" i buy 2sandwich when i want order 1 more sandwich she angry to me n said ehhh macam macam la. hope the manager give her lesson how serve customer thankyou.

The salad is fresh and majority of the staff are quite nice except some esp A*ia she is very reluctant to communicate with customers and refuse to tailor to customer need. Her reply to customer when she feel annoyed is :" we have limit for things". Hope management can look into this.
