★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just some feedback to the owner of this shop, is not a complaint from me??✌?. Usually I had great experience in Sukiya, especially in Malacca, but not in i-City Mall today.
I had ordered large size Gyudon(beef with rice) and Kara (chicken) set here earlier, but bowl I got more like a medium size bowl instead of large size bowl. The chicken in Kara set only 2 small pieces(but I saw other photos here got 3 pieces), so disappointing...
Even a young lady who took order at the cashier also had a straight face ?. I supposed a smile or “thank you” will be great to anyone who dine in here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food portion became smaller, lack of hygiene with unwashed cutlery placed at the pickup food point and most of customer confuse taking the dirty s.steel cutlery since only cheap plastic spoon available there. When asking the employee, they just said not washed yet and not even have effort to settle it. Customer dish not collected for very long hour...just leave at the table without clean it sooner. Need improvement, otherwise your brand just make japanese dish looking bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why do the chicken katsu getting smaller and not even worth the money. I was so disappointed for the meal I ordered but nothing to do with. Katsu chicken or the chicken fillet wasnt cooked well, small size and its really disappointed me.

Decided to order mini bowl size cause I want to try few menus.Mini teriyaki chicken,mini katsudon,3pcs takoyaki and green tea ice.Price for me reasonable.Teriyaki chicken meat is tender but lack of sauce for me..Katsudon crispiness just nice.I ❤️ their takoyaki.Little bit crust outside and melt in my mouth when bite it???Clean place.Hope can improve more on taste ok?Maybe my tastebud different with others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I ordered Ramen Lunch Set and Katsu Ori Tei, with a small plate of green chilli taken from the pick up section. The food was not hot just slightly warmer than cold, the bowls and cups are well used and we grossly found a hair in the green chilli. Will not eat here again.
