Service is horrible with a "couldn't-be-bothered" attitude. No thank you from the staff, as if we the customers are owing the staff. Food tastes pathetic. The volcano ramen is like disastrous as well. The green tea @ RM2.90 a cup tastes like hot water. This would be my first and last visit ever.

Food is horrible. served UNDERCOOKED and COLD! Even though the bowl felt warm, the food was icy cold, like taken out out from the fridge and not heated enough. Told the staff. She took it back and return the same one back to me, heated this time. But come on, you guys could do better to serve me a new one. Who knows what they do in the kitchen.
Overall this place is really disappointing. Not to mention their cleanliness is also a big issue.
Wouldn't dine at this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love gyudon but this OUTLET is worse restaurant ever, they always serve dirty plate. They food is not hot but cold??!!Theres one fat lady at the caunter is very rude too i think she the manager there. Pls do something, this oulet ruined the branding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly this is the worst Sukiya i've ever visited! Slow service. And they are practically empty! Staffs with one kind of attitude. Like "i couldn't be bothered attitude" . Not motivated. Like being force to work! Taste wise acceptable. But the portion.. i usually order SMALL Gyudon at other Sukiya outlet. But here, their SMALL is smaller than SMALL. 4 mouthful and you are done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service can be improved. Food preparation quite slow and they refuse to give straw unless u order certain type of drink. Food quality is substandard but passable if not too fussy. The sides that come w set are awful, so just forgo the set option.
Cleanliness is another issue. The forks/spoons on table are almost always not cleaned properly. You can see stains and food remains all over. Very off-putting. Even the tables not wiped clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say more? Just look at the photos. I ordered curry rice and these what it’s looks like when it been served to us. Ayam kecil, penuh dgn yellow stain, ayam still berdarah mcm tak cukup masak. Geli tahu geli. When i asked why got yellow stain & the curry so cair, dorg cakap mmg mcm tu. Hello this is not my 1st time been at Sukiya ya. So many branch I’ve went bfr. Nak menipu agak2 lah. And i did ask them to change the chicken & guess what they just heating it up. Dia ingat org bodoh sgt agaknya taktahu, still got the blood. After that i decide to not eat them & just paid for the water. And they don’t even bother to say sorry to us. Sombong!!!
