β β β β β we had a very dissappointing stay. Firstly we found out that homestayers are not allowed to use any facilities such as pool, gym. my children was not allowed to use the pool and was told off by the guard eventhough we told him that we had fully paid for our 4 days stay. He says that the owner shud hv told us that homestayers are NOT ALLOWED TO USE ANY FACILITIES at this so called posh condo. I wud tell anyone who wants to rent this condo to STAY AWAY. secondly the units dont provide a dumpster so we had to go down to throw rubbish during our 4days stay.

β β β β β nice condominium with strategic location, it is near the roundabout driving towards queensbay mall in 1 minute. This is commercial title building, below ground floor has shoplots ranging from restaurant, phamarcy, convenient stores, beauty center, bakery and cafe..

β β β β β Very bad car park operator. Pay machine always down and. No operator standby there to assist. Call for help and need to wait at least 15 mins. I encountered twice of same event. Please consider to put another pay machine or have a person there to assist

β β β β β Nice condo, good location, normal management, not user friendly management, such as throwing rubbish need to go down to throw only at 2nd floor or something. If my car parking at 3rd floor I ya e to go 2nd floor to throw & go back up 3rd floor to take my car out, or I can bring the rubbish into my car & drive to 2nd floor just to throw a rubbish bag. Even the access for visitor are very unfriendly.

β β β β β I come here once or twice a week. My favourite restaurants on the ground floor of the condo are coffee bean n bread king. There you get good service, friendly service n prices fair. Summerton condo is clean n looks new still. Parking can be an issue as space is tight. Nice location near QBM n the first bridge. Nice seaview partially blocked by the presence of Gold Coast condo.
