Pada jam 8 pagi makanan sudah habis dan tidak diganti semula.
Kaunter telur omelet tiada pekerja yang jaga!
 Very bad!
By 8am the food had run out and had not been replaced.
The egg omelet counters are not on guard!

โ โ โ โ โ If I could give zero star, I would! The food wasnt good at all. If you come across to reas this, Please Do not come to royal chulan, bukit bintang. I REPEAT again, Please do not come here!
Definitely worst, in terms of food and surrouding. Royal Chulan Kuala Lumpur is wayy better than here! We also saw the staff took the food at the buffer at bring inside the kitchen, which I believe it is not permittable for staff (wearing red shirt) to take the food at the buffet. I was here today for High tea buffer with my husband wearing orang blouse at the lamb stall. ? (1/1/2019).

โ โ โ โ โ My my! What a wastage of money! Food , service everything was a mess. I wish I could rate them in negative. I have been to many buffet dinner but this is the worst one.
By 8.00 pm all main course was finished and after asking for few times if they are going to refill it or not I just got blank stare. So take note that they are not going to refill any food. Not sure why they are claiming it as a buffet. I just had few watermelons , pineapple and salads (!).
Service was so poor. Table was never cleaned between courses. Even the mamak near my house serves me better.
And they are not even going to upgrade there service I guess because when there was no cup available on the coffee table few others just grab the soup bowl and pour coffee into it. No one complained for the poor service only I did and I was the alien in their eyes.
Crab was rotten , Salmon was months old , red beans , corn was not properly boiled for ice kachang.
Just wastage of money!
