โ โ โ โ โ Took up their promo of RM99 for one night and room was alright. Hotel badly need upkeep and overall cleaning. Room was full of stains at the bed, on the hard sofa, stains on the carpets stains on the mattress layer and lamps were full of dusts and more stains.
Hotel looks and feels dated, the bukit bintang area was not as hyped up as before what more with the Covid-19 situation. Location wise is good, near to everything the mall(pavilion is at the other end after Lot 10).
Also beware of the pool opening times because you might have booked the hotel with the main objective of using the pool like my kids. Best to call the hotel first and enquire. Thankfully after my complaint about their poor communication of not informing the public that the pool only opens on weekends (9am-7pm), it was open today on public holiday. Thank you for responding promptly. That alone got you an extra star from me.

โ โ โ โ โ Stayed here for 2 nights for staycation - they had a super value for money promo that was irresistible, complete with breakfast buffet and room service for dinner. Food selection was so-so and the room interior was quite dated but can't complain because the overall price paid was still worth every single cent. Overall the hotel was clean and comfy. Location is within walking distance to all the malls in Bukit Bintang area. If you are on a longer term stay and wish to use a coin laundromat, there's one right behind the hotel too, and a convenience store for late night snacking.

โ โ โ โ โ Very long times, never pass by here.... So many shops closed down along this busy main street - Bukit Bintang Street. I missed this hotel which always offered affordable buffets. Hope it closed for temporarily due to pandemic crisis ... Sad to see a busy street become sleeping street. ?

โ โ โ โ โ The hotel is just amazing. Since it is located in Bukit Bintang, many places are very close to this. There is restaurant inside the hotel where you get free food when you tell your room number. Also you can see Petronas Twin Tower from this hotel. This hotel has 20 floors. There is swimming pool, bar, spa and also an auditorium inside the hotel. There is almost everything you need in the hotel. There is a locker inside the room where you can keep your valuable items and set a password. The restaurant is amazing. There are a wide variety of dishes. In lunch, there are nearly 11 tasty pastries, all tasty. No words to express my happiness. There is a telephone inside your room through which you can also do international calls. Also if you want to call some of your friend who is another room, you just need to type a code along with the room number of the person you are calling. The rooms are very luxurious. It is a 4 star hotel but it seems like a 5 star hotel. Also many malls are near to this hotel. The lobby is very big. Inside the lobby there is an ice cream parlor. There are four lifts. Also there is a transparent bridge from 3rd floor onwards from where you can get a clear and beautiful view of the Petronas Twin Tower. Overall it is a very good and luxurious hotel and there is enough value for your money. May be parking can be sorted out. Also there is no toilet pipe. Instead there is a switch by your side that when you press it water will come. The wifi is very fast. You get the password inside a small paper which you get along with room card the first time you check in.

Check in time is 3pm. I reached hotel 3.30pm . Queue for 30 min .4pm receptionist told room not available yet . Have to wait 5pm. Left my contact no and said will call me , but end up . I didnโt receive calll. So , I go back hotel at 8pm. Tv tiada isyarat, light near the bed is like clubbing light and the another one is not working , the washroom I donโt know how to tell. A lot of spam comments downstair to make it look nice at google review . Rather spend rm200 at 3 star new hotel than this old hotel
