★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second visit since the MCO 1.0. This time it was full house after the inter-state travelling is finally allowed.Arrived at 2105 hrs and order taken at 2110 hrs (Awesome!). The steak, fish&chips and spaghetti carbonara were excellent.However, our orders were messed up and after nearly an hour later, we were still waiting for 2 beef burgers. I found it unamusing as the guests who arrived later, got their orders before us. At 2200 hrs, we were told that the burgers were being prepared as some of the guest already left happily filled. I ordered the burgers to be changed as take away as it was already late, and my children have lost the appetite.As a summary, it was a disappointing visit. Staffs were overwhelmed with high volume of guests. We understood the situation. However, the mixed up of orders was not acceptable. The staffs sometimes were lost which dish was for which table. The order and kitchen management should be drastically improved. My family expected to have a decent dinner at the restaurant and not to have the main dish to be carried in a bag. To relieve the guest from disappointment, I propose if Sungei Lembing SH could consider giving some discount on the dish which was not be able to be prepared for dine in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we went there all cut of steaks are out of stock, it was only 8pm. Disappointed because they advertise as a steak house and fail to deliver. However we ordered their grilled burgers and we were so happy with how juicy and well cooked it was, the patties are so thick but we finished it all. The prices are affordable as to what they offered. Despite that the restaurant should really stock up on their beef cuts, a steak house without a steak is really false advertising.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had the sirloin steak - medium rare. Doesnt taste like its marinated hence required the black pepper sauce. The ambience, maybe it wasn't good timing.. It feels like eating inside mosque as there prayer music was forever played for the entire hour i was there. Was there from 6pm. Food was average and not worth the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all it reminds me of Menate concept. Firsttime here. We ordered 2 burgers ,one wth veg one wthout but arrived both wthout veggies. But still recommended to order as the beef patties was so juicy. But the side with fries arrived wthout any sauce. We need to call the waiter to ask for some kind of chilli or tomato sauce for fries dip. Can see from pic no dips offered. Inefficient.
The mushroom soup not recommended. For the price they shoul offer better quality mushroom soup. At leasr thicker with more mushrooms.
The carbonara huge portion for me as u can see my hand and portion ratio on pictures. Endup my friend need to finish it for me...tasted Quite ok not too bad for Kuantan.
Ambiance is what attracted us to dine here. Instagrammable - to say the least. Toilet seat is broken and Some of The food need to work on. People dont mind to pay and will come again if its worth the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had dinner with my husband and friends here ( 4 person). The ambiance was good, nice nature based ID and quite spacious space. Enough room for physical distancing and also parking space. 1⭐ for that.
Ordered a medium rare cutting (RM180+ cutting), waiting time quite fast for the steak but the taste was not that good, the texture was uneven, some part was still raw! not worth to spend that price. Lamb burger was just ok, the meet not that juicy. My friend ordered lamb chop and the staff forgot to key in her order, she waited about 1 hr for her lamb chop.No star.
The staff did say sorry to my friend. So 1 ⭐ for that.
Another ⭐ for the cleanliness.
Food need to improve. A lot.
