β β β β β I often came here, but seems like the quality of the food are not at their best at the moment and can still be improve to it. I hope, the chef can improve in preparing the steak. Ordered the signature n peppercorn steak this time. Tried to finish it, but cant, the taste, the texture, its not really something to eat & finish it. Was bout to give 1 star to be honest, but i still and truly appreciated their good service to the customer. Keep up the good works still, thanks.

β β β β β Food was amazing. Ambiance is dark, suitable for Halloween. Always has Promotion, so do check their social media. But chicken wings quite small compare to other brand restaurants.

β β β β β Went there for birthday celebration, and they close early for pest control so i missed the free dessert. Everytime i go, there's no host at the front to greet us. Chair is worn out and saggy. Food tastes horrible. We ordered a signature steak and roasted chicken. The steak sauce is too sweet. It's like soy sauce with 1 lorry of sugar in it. It's a torture to eat it all. Blergh. The roasted chicken sauce is too sour. It's like nandos peri peri but more sour. My steak is cold, the mashed potatoes are bland, idk if they're short staffed but only 1 person running around taking orders. It's the worst experience and not like what i expected at all.

β β β β β DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ..! Slow service, cold food with low quality..! The fried mozzarella was over cooked and some part were white..! Then the main dish was worst .. the French fries was too cold and seemed like they preheated..! The burger was burned and the bun also even worst..! I asked them to change my main dish and they did it but again they served worst French fries I ever ate ..!!

β β β β β Limited staff serving. Most probably due to Ramadan month. You need to give extra effort to get their attention to serve you. Unfortunately I find that the dishes was not as tasty as I remember. I missed the Tennessee steak that I had years before. They no longer have that on the menu. The appetizer came much later after the main dish. & I ordered it at the same time. Aren't the appetizer should be serve before the main dish.

β β β β β The ambience is quite nice as others Fridays outlet with music and motorcycle decor. Seating arrangements comes with normal arrangement and also seating booth for more diner like ambience.
The music is not so loud and ease for our dining pleasure.
We ordered Fridays Signature Steak for my wife and while the steak is nicely done, the sauce (thank god it served on side) was too sweet to our liking.
Also, the Ultimate Burger which come with fries quite good but the caramelized onion a little tad sweet to my liking. And the waiter did not ask for my preferred doneness for the burger.
The waiter could be more attentive as we need to wait for more that 15 minutes after we remind that they can serve our dessert which the brownies. However, the brownies came not warm but cold.
I hope the Management can improve on the item that i highlighted.
