★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toilet door locked and cannot open from the outside. Called room service for help and waited for more than 30min still nobody come to "rescue" you. In the end have to go to ground floor and use public toilet. What a mess.
Also, staying in the hotel still need to PAY CAR PARK FEES. Flat rate RM3 PER ENTRY. Which means you might need to pay a lots if you going out and back multiple times in a day or in a row.
Room Cleanliness is so so. Acceptable but not good standard.
Toilet hand soup and shampoo are locked like public toilet, very ugly and feeling cheap when you using it.
Below expectation. The only reason is 1 star is because it's location is convenience as well connected to mall that you can utilize all the shops for your needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ awesome mall with lots of store such as noko, mrdiy, ippudo, tgv, etc. theres currently a christmas scavenger hunt which requires you too find 5 qr codes. the 5 qr codes each located at 1 floor from G to -4th floor. none in basement. g floor one is located in the center of the christmas display. 1-3 can be found easily. the 4th floor one is just above the tgv, once you go up from lift you will see it. completeing the scavenger hunt you are able to get 1 lucky draw chance for mystery gift at concierge counter (near the giant christmas tree). mostly it will just be shop discount voucher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so inlove in this mall. It is so nice that I feel like it was out of place where it is. It should be near SURIA or Avenue K in KLCC. The shops in this mall are really nice. Few train stops from Bukit Bintang is worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the mall located south of the city center. Easy to find and park in it's basement. Quite easily accessible from public transport such as by Lrt,Mrt and bus. Most of the popular brand retail outlets can be found here such as Parkson,Noko DIY, Johnson's etc. Best thing is all most all popular fastfood restaurants and eateries are also here such as McD, KFC, Chicken Rice shop, Dubuyo and many more. Even one of the favourite cinema chaim TGV is also located here.
