★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience at Super Pharmacy was really an eye opener. It was truly a ONE STOP CENTRE for all our community needs. If you don't believe me, come, walk in and then tell me.
Best pharmacy I have ever walked in. Come, give it a try and then tell me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m on holiday in Malaysia and I had a need to buy a blood glucose meter. Google search came up with Super Pharmacy as the largest outlet in KL. I was charged MR 274.35 for an Accu-Chek Guide basic set. Although on the outside of the box a sticker proclaimed “with 50 test strips” I was charged another MR 95.40 for the test strips. I paid a total of MR 369.75. I rang Roche Malaysia and I was told the test strips should have been dispensed without charge. Further, when I was at Watson’s I noticed the same meter was available at MR 179 and a packet of test strips were ready bundled with the set. In other words MR 200 cheaper! This was a total rip-off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in to check out this so-called pharmacy superstore. I purchased a glucose test machine accu- check instant meter. I requested for a demo on how to use the machine. The sales person (Hong) asked me to go to the pharmacist to get the demo done. A young pharmacist named David pushed my request to an older pharmacist named Mr. Sim. I must say this ....NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS RENDERED TO ME. LOUSY. Hong tried his best to demo it to me. The 2 pharmacist just ignored me and did not even look at me. They really looked like they hate their jobs! Message to this so-called superstore, pls tell your 2 pharmacist to have some manners and subsequently a reasonable customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge Pharmacy with lots of products and even niche products like beds, walking assistance tool, baby products and many more. You have to put the effort in getting staff assistance and the advise they give may not be as useful/relevant to your needs. There are parking here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst store ever! Medicine pricing generally higher, BUT customer service is worse than any pharmacies out there! One of the pharmacists didn't even bothered to give professional advice when I approached to ask about the benefits of Nutren and Myotein. When wanna make payment, the credit card machine system down and what the staff did was NOTHING. Thank God I left the store and I found the same product with much cheaper price with more professional opinions given at BIG Pharmacy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is definitely higher than others, I don't mind paying a bit more for convenience, but the pharmacist is not helpful at all. I understand a senior pharmacist (50s-60s) might be weak in hearing, but it's not helping if you know you can't hear but you don't want to walk closer to me (I'm at closest to the counter and he is on the other side), standing far away and want me to shout out why I need this med, like seriously do u understand privacy? Nvm, after everyone hear what I said except him, he tells me he can't sell me. Please revisit your pharmacist ethics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was clean and well organised. The pharmacy counter was closed on Friday at 1 pm due to Friday prayer and they said it will be open at 2pm . It would be better if they consider an replacement staff for emergency cases.
