Sebelum ni beli kedai lain siap hantar ke tempat kita nak letak. So rasa terkejut sedikit & berkira. Tu je. Kadang2 pembeli ni dia beli tapi xde orang nak angkat, ingat beli dari kedai ok la boleh tolong bawa masuk ke tempatnya. Tak macam beli online kan. So pelanggan ni kena layan la elok2. Jangan berkira. Tak rasa nak p dah kedai ni, tapi tu la barang dia baik.4 star untuk kualiti barang je.
Good stuff. The price is ok. But think a little when asking to send a washing machine into the house. He said he was instructed to send it and did not tell him to bring it in. Very calculating. Before this, buy another store ready to send to the place we want to park. So a little surprised & calculated. There it is. Sometimes this buyer buys it but if people want to pick it up, remember to buy from the store, it's ok, he can help bring it into its place. It's not like buying online, is it? So this customer has to be treated well. Don't count. I don't think I want to go to this shop, but that's a good item. 4 stars for the quality of the item.

We been told by sales man that we can place the ac fan at our roof and price for connection cable RM 10/feet but actual charged by contractor was RM 17/feet. Furthermore subcontractor not happy to place ac fan on roof and angry towards us. At last we asked him to installed at beside outside wall. About price for cable, he reply sales man don't know anything about installation. When hindu kedai botol will charge lebih for cable.
We don't have much choice of the way he behave with anger while installing.
Very regret we purchased in this shop. Later we checked the price is cheaper the other shop
