This is the Worst place ever to do business with. My friend and I went to this location to receive money, we gave them the control number and the passport,the attendant there asked us WHAT IS THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND THE SENDER ,I told her the sender just a friend.SHE SAID THE SENDER HAS TO BE A RELATIVE IN ORDER FOR YOU TO RECEIVE THIS MONEY.
We told her where is the manager we need to talk to her ,the manager came in and told us the same thing.
You'll know there's no such a thing the sender has to be family to receive money. They just made this thing up and the manger stuck with her friend in this crazy idea. M

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff extremely rude! I entered and said hello around 5.40pm... may I change some money... This staff just doing her work and pointing finger to go to other staff like we are some animal.. . So rude! .. Can't even get up or say hello.... Would never change money here again.

Definitely not recommend. You will only find here when having urgencies.
I uses this service since 2017 until now, but everything has been changed, not same as before with good service.
If you want to be treat as a prisoner, then you can come here.
