★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They serve the wrost service you can imagine, i humbly request not to visit their shop especially if you are foreigner , they act like they are the serving prime minister of malaysia , as a foreigner i suggest you use other western union service rather use this one, some of the bad aspects i noticed are
1. Very bad customer communication
2. Poor customer handling
3. Bad attitude
4. Racism type comments
Only they survive because nearby no money exchange , if there one i bet everyone will dump their stupid shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ workers don't have good attitude towards customers , mostly rude. i prefer the one out side mall thats in front of 7 eleven.. the indian workers dealing professionally and have good manners. i always go there and avoid the one inside the mall.
