β β β β β Says 10am open but until 11am everything not prepared even the staffs too. Called waiter come for three times and slowly come to customer. Some staffs even chit chatting happily behind there like in their home. All the things sold out too.... very disappointed as the staffs in aeon kepong here very slowly, lazy and unfriendly ?

β β β β β So bad,I arrived at 8:52pm and there were two staff at the counter chatting and ignoring us at all. We found seats and then the staff told us it was closing. What kind of service attitude is this?

β β β β β Service is too slow... On a Sunday peak hour time, only one person servicing everybody. The same person serving the food, managing payment, and clean the table. This place is closing down soon if they don't change customer service experience.

β β β β β The food is good, theyβve upgraded to use iPad (or similar) to make orders. Itβs unsatisfied with the service of the crew. Fine itβs 3-4pm after lunch hours but there is no excuse when there are a number of customers and the crew is on his personal phone talking and ignoring my multiple calls for the bill. It wasnβt until I walked to the cashier AND waited a few more minutes before I got angry that he finally do his job.

β β β β β The bento are really delicious. Rice was not much potion, but enough for small size persons or kid. For man I suggested need to others sushi as side dishes. Environments is clean and cold.

β β β β β Place was OK clean. The fried chicken don is eating the flour not the chicken. U can see as picture. This is my opinion my own taste. The rest sushi was OK. Green tea is just a plain water taste colour like green tea only.

β β β β β Bad service. We have to que outside for more than 30 minutes despite there are lots of free seat. After 30 mins of waiting, waiter told us the chef are having break time, no one in the kitchen. We can only grab whatever sushi on the conveyer. Sucks
