★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of things weren't available today; no karaage, no tempura, and severely limited sushi selections on the sushi conveyor belt ...we're talking about a renowned Japanese chain restaurant here; hubby and I had the misfortune of ordering his favourite item : tuna mayo gunkan, which is so dry (maybe no mayo...) and with fish that may not be tuna because smelled like mackerel?? Chawan mushi wasn't smooth. I don't think I'll come back.

Placed the order from the tab, but apparently the one that I ordered was suddenly not available. ??
Also, there’s not many options on the belt. Boring. I don’t even bother to take any photo.
Ingat Sushi King, org datang sebab ada HALAL je. Harga dah makin naik. Improve sket service tu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came on a monday evening where there weren't many customers. The ordering tab was very laggy and it automatically shut down when we were ordering halfway. The unagi we ordered was very badly prepared as well. The entire sashimi menu was also unavailable and many other items were unavailable too. We waited closed to half an hour for our ebi tempura too. Worst experience dining at sushi king.

Staffs are doing best but imagine, I ordered sushi an hour ago using the ordering pad, after an hour, the status changed to prepared even though I didn’t receive them! Asked their staff but the only I got was all remaining pending menu changed to prepared. Better go other branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here on 7/5/2022 (saturday) at 130pm. When we arrived the staff said 1 section was unable to operate due to tablet malfunction and short of staff. We said ok and patiently waited. Once we oredered our drinks came 30 mins later. Our dishes were settled when it arrived. Poor service at peak hour. To the owner of this sushi king, shame on U! Lots need to be improved! This is food business, the food and drinks should proper manage.
