β β β β β BAD FIRST EXPERIENCE!!! I MEAN ITβS BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I EAT CHICKEN KATSU DON. I WAS CRAVING AND EXCITED TO EAT IT BUT DUDE THIS AINT IT. LITERALLY ONLY A HINT OF SAUCE ON IT???? I MEAN I WENT TO OTHER SUSHI KING THEY GIVE ME AMPLE OF SAUCE. THIS LITERALLY TASTE NOTHING. ITS LIKE IM EATING FRIED CHICKEN AND RICE WITH NO SAUCE. THE SAUCE IS THE MAIN THING BUT U CAN LOOK AT THE PICTURE LMAO ONLY A HINT OF MAYO??

β β β β β Worst experience here. This outlet only focus on ala carte menu which taste horrible. So many crew is in this outlet but none of them know what they are doing and items on the conveyor not refilled

β β β β β Was a horrible experience. Somehow I remember eating at sushi king used to be a decent experience. But that was probably many years back. Trying sushi king again after so long at this outlet was an absolute let down. Ala carte orders were tasteless, sashimi was far off from being fresh and the sushi was equally a disaster. Not sure if the entire brand has gone down the drain or its only this outlet.

β β β β β i came at 8.50pm the staff refused me from dine in and say βdah tutupβ. i said there stated clearly last order at 9.45 pm. she insist by saying βdah tutup. kami x cukup staffβ whatβs the relation between tutup awal and tak cukup staff.

β β β β β ill appreciate if you can train your staff to be more competent in their job. A few customers (including myself) waited for more than 15 mins because the cashier didnβt know how to change the roll of receipt when it ran out. Even so, I believe there should be contingency plans when situation like these happen. Its also unfortunate that there wasnβt any seniors/colleagues who were able to help her out.
In terms of cleanliness, Iβve not much to comment but the saucers were oily.
On the plus side, the food were satisfactory and value for money. Hopefully the service will improve in the future.

β β β β β Not much choices on the conveyor belt. I think around 4 - 5 choices only.
The taste is ok .
It was a bit of hassle in ordering through their gadget as the system hang and I had to re-order.
