β β β β β Few tablets were not working but the spv in charge was attentive. But some dishes were not available and I also noticed the same problem they're facing with the outlet in Sunway Pyramid: lack of staff (this is just my wild guess). Hope they can be better and be as good as I remember them back then before the pandemic (maybe that's also one thing which brought some changes)

Our drinks is not coming until we had to self service.
The fried chicken is too dry.
The food servings is slow as well.
Cashier is not around at the counter for a long time until all customer queueing up for payment

β β β β β One of your male staff is really help us in cancelling our double order even though it was busy (i forgot his name?) we asked for help to a female staff but she didn't do so and other female staff came after all the problem already been solved. Overall was goodβΊοΈ

β β β β β The food was uncooked, the chawanmushi was really tasteless, the service was awful. Horrific customer service. 2.09 pm 15/3/2022 i do not recommend eating at this particular branch. To add on that the cooks at the back we not wearing their masks properly. Truly unprofessional and disgusting behaviour

β β β β β The standard for this branch has gone way down from other branch....but one thing thats is good is their Sushi On The Go counter. Yummy sushi and cheaper.
It's my go to treats and meal.
Its better to grab this one.

β β β β β Went in for a quick bite and left quite disappointed.
Underwhelming and fairly basic at best. Was expecting it to be at least on par with Sushi Jiro or Zanmai but it fell quite short.
The karaage chicken in the rolls were cold but maybe they were supposed to be. California rolls were a notch below day old 7-11 pre-packed sushi.
Friendly staff earned the 3 stars but the dishes won't earn a return visit.
