β β β β β Prices here are slightly on the higher side but food quality is good. But the chief hostess here is definitely one of the charms of this restaurant, apart from its cosy environment. She is very friendly, attentive and takes care of the customers well, despite being obviously busy and multi-tasking. This is my first time here and she definitely made us feel welcome. And seeing other similar reviews about her, I wasn't the only one. Even my husband mentioned her being an exceptional hostess even before I spoke of it.
Food-wise, I ordered chilled ramen (hiyashi chuka). It was very refreshing and came with a generous amount of toppings as advertised while the husband ordered hambagu don (Japanese hamburger with rice), which was pretty simple but tasty, too.
We will definitely be back again. I think this will be my next favourite Japanese haunt here at Mid Valley that may even beat out my usual fav, Yuzu restaurant.

β β β β β Stumbled upon this place in passing. Surprised of what a gem this place is.
Fresh wasabi & sashimi, food is delicious & variety of choices that you donβt normally get at most Japanese restaurants. Itβs a little on the pricier side, but recommended to try & I will be back definitely!

β β β β β Their foods are fine. But the capability to deliver accordingly needed to be improved. Requested egg to be separated from the burger was not done, drinks were forgotten. Most importantly, this wasn't happened during peak hour.

β β β β β That was awesome , the best Japanese restaurant I ve ever eat in here.
The behavior of the staff was very polite and respectful (they donβt rush us due to it closes at 11 pm).
They serve the food respectively; first the desert, then main food at the end the icecream.
They serve the dishes one after the other one and I like it the most.
I recommend it ?% ???

β β β β β Been coming here on & off over the past 20years and the aunty in charge is the best. The restaurant has maintained it's charm and I feel they still manage to retain that same quality of food that I have been eating over the years. The restaurant is clean and follows the covid sop well. Service is fast and efficient. The food is good and I dare say better than a number of more expensive restaurants. Love the gyoza here, it's a must try. Prices here are expected of a restaurant in midvalley but I believe the quality of the food matches up. Highly recommend

The pricing is on the higher side but the portions were generous. Udon, curry katsu rice and california roll came up to RM116. So just a heads up if you going there.
Ordered their Curry Katsu rice. Was a bit salty but it was still good and savoury. Generous portions of meat (both beef cooked in curry and chicken katsu). The curry was generous as well.
The california roll with Soft shell crab was good.
However, can't say for the udon. It was just meh and not much meat. The soup was also just average.
The service was good. Friendly staff and fast.
Overall, it still a good place for dinner or lunch. But I wouldn't come here a second time as the pricing does not match.

β β β β β Exceptional service and delicious Japanese food. A BIG SALUTE to the chief hostess there, there were some really difficult customers on this evening and she handled the situations extremely professionally. One even raised his voice so loud that the whole restaurant felt embarrassed for those dining together with him.

β β β β β Love this place so much! Decided to try for my weekday dinner with friend. Ordered the bento set and tried the salmon! Very crispy and delicious and the sweet sauce just taste amazing along with the salmon. Well done. Ambience nice. Owner is a japanese lady and she is so friendly. Recommended!
