β β β β β Good. No complaint. The food presentations were neat, the lids of the plates were clean, the staff were all presentable. Heard the manager doing the briefing and explaining to the potential staff, and from my judgement he is a clear and orderly manager with a very acceptable personality.
I've been to a bad Sushi King branch before, with its cleanliness below par (lids greasy, sushi in bad shapes... Miri branch I tell you), and I've seen a very very lousy f&b manager (elsewhere, not Sushi King) with no class, so I hereby declare this Sushi King branch is a good branch.

β β β β β Went there for sushi bonanza 23-26 May 2022 on 26th the service was BAD. If your stock finished should have told the customers earlier so we dont have to wait for an hour only to get our salmon ready. Maybe if they told us early then we wont be so mad. The manager hide in the kitchen to avoid the hangry customers, very unprofessional. Communication is the key. They should not accept more customers if could not serve. Stupid manager

β β β β β The sushi is really good but I donβt know why it closes so early (and keeps getting earlier?)
The sign at the front says close at 10pm but when we arrive at 9.15pm they say close at 9pm.
When we arrive at 8.30pm they say close at 8.30pm.
Very disappointing when weβve already made plans to eat sushi. Next time perhaps weβll find somewhere else as a first choice for sushi other than this branch.

β β β β β Always come here because it is near to my house. The foods are okay, but the services are not good. They should get ready with all the utensil when serving the foods, we always need to call them back to get our spoon to eat! The staff need to be more aware of their customer.
Edited: Yesterday (22/10) I went for the bonanza, and it is totally full house and you have to wait for your turn. Instead of order a new menu, I suggest during bonanza you should just take the sushi that already been made , instead of waiting the new one. The staff there actually need to remind customer the time waiting for the new made sushi, it is such a waste of time waiting around 40minutes.
Edited: 4/1/22. In general, the quality of Sushi King is becoming worse. From foods to their services. The taste is not as good as before and not like what I expected. Even the service, they not even providing us any tissue on the table and when i ask them for tissue, they just pointing out the tissue and the sink and expect us to walk and getting it ourselves. Then why the hell we need to pay your service charge when you cannot even provide us with the services. This is nonsense.
On that note, this is my last time visiting Sushi King. It is not worth spending money here. Ban forever

β β β β β Went to this mall with my friend dec21 to attend wedding but we came too early and cannot enter the hall yet.so decided to have something here first.we had our meals around 12pm..all our foods tasted nice.the service was ok but can improve.we came when no customer there yet and still got our food bit later than usual.
