β β β β β I have been coming here for about 4 years. I'm so relieved that the place is still open after the pandemic because it is the only place I enjoy eating in MesaMall. The food isn't the best Japanese food I've tasted (doesn't hold a candle to those in KL) but it isn't bad. My favourite thing on the menu is one of the simplest - the cold taufu with spicy bean sauce. I've had some nice tempora and chicken katsu too. The fish is generally overcooked and a bit dry, the little salad swamped with oversweet dressing. The service is adequate but could be friendlier.

β β β β β The place is Okay, however, their sushi conveyor belt isnt in use and therefore u have to order meals when u get there which is quite an inconvineance. I would rather have the choice to pick out different sushi types drom the conveyor belt instead of ordering all i need at the start. The food and service is okay tho. I wont consider visiting again until they have the sushi conveyor belt up and running. I guess its a personal preference.

β β β β β Advisable to ask the staff which one is halal or not. They will tell you which food to avoid (contain liquor).
Food is great, conveyor belt is off so just order sushi that you want.
Saba teriyaki and beef steak is good!

β β β β β Just has to update this review today. Went to the outlet at 12pm and your staff just wave me away. I know the sign read closed but at least have the courtesy to come over and let me know when you will be opened. It's noon and you're beyond opening hours.
I've been your patron since you opened and even ordered via Grabfood on weekly basis during PKP. Train your staff better. Manners. I don't mind the lack of warmth during every visit as long as the food is good but today is just.. Speechless!

β β β β β First time trying Japanese food here recommended by my friend. A lot of sushi out of stock only a few option left to be choosed. Ordered two garlic fried but only came one then after asking still take a long time only arrived. Service also very bad. If got other choices pls go other places.

β β β β β 8.30PM kitchen close is preety early. Hence they 8.30 u can't walk in to order anymore. Drove all the way from Kota Warisan finished work at 8PM. Espiacially during puasa month, breaking fast is around 7.30 ish..only one hour to rush here to order food just bcoz 8.30 they won't take order. Not to mentioned the mall parking is now paid. Came all the way can't eat..sad. if wanna open business , open a good one..don't deny the customer..u are opening at a mall. Expect customers to arrive between mall hours. First time I hear restaurants in mall 8.30pm don't want to take order anymore.. better close..no need open if like this service..
