β β β β β I have been to so many hotels and resorts, this is the worst ! Dusty room(walls,mirror,doors), bilik bau kepam, tak hygenic langsung the worst part minta housekeeping bersihkan ada lipass mati, but instead just bagi penyapu. What kind of service ni?? Donβt worth any penny. Donβt recommended. Duyong resort is better!!!!!!

β β β β β I'm not sure about other rooms but the one that I got was more than enough. The toilet was nice too, the food at the restaurant was so so... overall I like this place

β β β β β The breakfast spread just simple. I think ok lah. The room telephone cant be used. I try to call the office number but no one answer the call. The beach is beautiful. The swimming pool is at good stake. The room just decent room only, anyways its still clean.

β β β β β Stayed here for five nights (seaview room). Change the room three times.
First room, first floor:
Non-functional aircond, dirty bathroom, toilet flushing tank is unstable and waiting to fall any time, aging balcony and ceiling which might fall any time as well. Managed to change the room immediately.
Second room, first floor:
Weird swimming pool floor type, dirty bathroom. Requested to change the room but have to wait until the third night.
Third room, ground floor:
Dirty bathroom.
Positive:
1. Good pool for family with kids (3 levels - 0.6m, 1m, 1.4m)
2. Fastantic sea view (wake up early to see the sunrise)
Negative:
1. Poor customer service (receptionist). They need to attend PR training badly.
2. Stray dogs and cats around the resort. Don't left your shoes and slippers outside or it might be broken (refer the picture - the stray dogs destroyed it during the night. Those shoes/slippers belong to my kids and other room guests).
3. Cockroaches in the room. They need to hire pest control immediately. (refer the picture - I managed to kill three roaches).
4. Poor maintenance. Toilet in the room needs to be upgraded badly. Initially I got a room where the toilet flushing tank is unstable and waiting to fall any time.
5. The first room I got with nonfunctional aircond.
6. They transferred me to the second room with unexpected swimming pool floor type ?.
7. Cloudy pool water.
8. Average breakfast options (canteen level taste - one rice dish, one noodle dish, cereals, sausage/nugget, fruit, bread, omelette).

β β β β β Best place ever. The building is a bit ruined down, but the scenery of front beach place, look out to view of Perhentian Island & Redang, the ambience of rustic feelings made me flattered. You can't find any resorts with infinity pool looking out to great beach views coastal of Terengganu & Kelantan like this.

β β β β β Quite a nice place to stay. The beach front room has a very nice view.the room interior is old but still acceptable.maybe for the perfectionist people not a great idea to stay here. Not recommended to swimming at the beach here.

β β β β β The room is good but could be better. Maybe it's time for a major refurbishment - install the latest and state-of-the-art items in the room.
It's a bit crowded during school holidays, as families with kids are really enjoying its big swimming pool.
Suggest to improve the maintenance of the surrounding areas - the beach, the garden/lawn/yard, the artistic sculptures/architectures, etc.
