My phone was broken due to a charging port failure in the motherboard ; the technician told me he wanna try all function before he send the phone but when they send the phone to me I figured out that the speaker is broken and the Bluetooth function isn't working at all and when I told him that: they keep telling me that everything was fine when they sent the phone and they tested everything before they send it back which is not true at all.
Although they give 7 days warranty but they deny the problem and assumed that I gave them the phone with broken speaker .
I think if you do not respect your clients then better to close your shop than doing bad service ... In conclusion it was a disgusting experience with them.
