★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mee Hoon Kueh is a kind of noodle food made by kneading the dough, then tearing it into pieces and cooking it with broth.
This is an old-fashioned Mee Hoon Kueh restaurant in Johor Bahru.
Their condiments are traditional and simple, just "sayur manis", anchovies and minced meat.
Their minced meat is marinated and flavorful. After cooking, it is very smooth and elastic in the mouth. With the chili sauce provided by the restaurant , it is really delicious.
The restaurant is worth trying.
